Lotfi Lebbar has more than 16 years of experience leading transactions in Private Equity, M&A, and Debt financings across sectors in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. Lotfi joined the EBRD in 2012, and has been involved in various equity and debt investments across sectors, including a strong focus on Real Estate and Tourism. Lotfi has been instrumental in various innovative and complex transactions across the capital structure in North Africa, Turkey, Eastern Europe and Morocco (including the large EBRD’s equity investment in Aradei Capital, which has led to its IPO in 2020 on the Casablanca Stock Exchange). Before joining the EBRD, Lotfi started his career as an Investment Banker in London at Credit Suisse and in Paris at Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank. He participated in a broad range of cross-border M&A, ECM, DCM & Leveraged Finance transactions.
