With a strong background in real estate and construction, Khalil has built a profitable portfolio of businesses in real estate, fast food restaurants, fast fashion, and branded hotel development. Khalil has a proven ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities. He has successfully executed large-scale projects ranging from high-end residential construction to the development of mix-used projects, has launched and operates fast fashion retail outlets, food & beverage restaurants and is developing 5 hotels with Accor in DRC. His determination and passion for success have earned him a reputation as a reliable and trusted partner, both with investors and clients. Khalil has a deep understanding of the ins and outs of doing business. He takes a hands-on approach to every project, from start to finish, leading from the front.
