Magdaline joined Westmont Hospitality in 2022 to support the company's development strategy across the African continent. Prior to that, she held positions in investment and hospitality asset management for leading financial institutions, including Atream and Primonial REIM. She successfully led over €300 million in hotel and tourism investments across France and Europe and managed more than €1 billion in assets under management (AUM). Earlier in her career, Magdaline worked in advisory roles with major industry players such as BNP Paribas Real Estate, leading assignments in nearly 30 countries across Europe and Africa. She holds a double degree in Master in Management and MSc in Corporate Finance from EDHEC Business School.
