Ufi Ibrahim is Founder and Chief Executive of the Energy & Environment Alliance (EEA), a global coalition representing over £360 billion in capital. She leads the EEA’s work to build the infrastructure for commercially intelligent sustainability across the hospitality and lodging sector—aligning the industry with global reporting frameworks, strengthening influence with governments and regulators, delivering executive education for boards and leadership, enabling audit-grade performance, and convening capital markets. Ufi also serves on the boards of the Lamington Group and the Food, Farming and Countryside Commission, and advises Life on Walls. Formerly CEO of the British Hospitality Association and COO of WTTC, she has shaped policy, standards, and investment.
