Haddis Tilahun stands as a towering figure in Namibian business. Haddis obtained an Electrical Engineering Degree from the Deanza College in the USA. After completing his studies, he joined NASA as a Mechanical Engineering Designer before relocating to Namibia in 1990. At the helm of UAG Investments (Pty) Ltd, one of the largest private entities in Namibia, founded by Haddis Tilahun in 1992. Haddis, has a remarkable 37 years of extensive experience across diverse industries that include manufacturing, trade, hospitality, real estate, property development, parking management, health care, education and renewable energy. Haddis’s journey epitomizes the relentless pursuit of excellence, a deep understanding of business dynamics, and an unwavering commitment to driving economic growth and development. Throughout his illustrious career, Haddis has demonstrated an exceptional ability to not only establish but also maintain and grow successful businesses.
