He is the Founder of Animarem, Africa’s first global purpose consultancy focused on enhancing growth and impact through business transformation. Animarem is B Corp Certified and leads the adoption of 'business as a force for good' on the continent. Previously, Tom was CEO of Hospitality at iconic pan-African eco-tourism operator, Singita, and held executive positions at award-winning marketing communication agency Publicis Group. He has been featured at ILTM, WTM, We Are Africa and served as Ambassador to The Transformational Travel Council and Regional lead for B Tourism.
