Ninon Lamothe is a graduate of the Paris Institute of Political Studies (Sciences Po), where she obtained a master’s in international development, and holds a Certificate in Sustainable Tourism from the University of Copenhagen. This has provided her with a solid background in development policies, sustainable development and international organizations. Having first worked at Horwath HTL France in 2015, Ninon Lamothe returned to the team in 2017. In 2020, Horwath HTL France became Voltere by Egis (Egis Group), and Ninon Lamothe continues to work in three areas in particular: Market and feasibility studies for tourism, leisure and hotel projects Tourist destination development strategies Project management assistance for hospitality, tourism, leisure and mixed-use projects (economic framework, procedures, set-up, stakeholder consultation, etc.) From September 2021, Ninon Lamothe manages the Abidjan office of Voltere by Egis where she is in charge of studies and business development in Africa. She becomes Africa Director in 2023.
