Nicole Maske is a dynamic Fundraiser, Investor, Advisor, and Project Developer, dedicated to unlocking potential in Namibia’s business landscape. In 2022, she founded Manta Ventures, a firm designed to connect investors with diverse opportunities in Namibia, where she plays a crucial role in guiding new and existing businesses through their development and capital raising processes. Driven by a mission to foster success and create jobs, Nicole aims to empower individuals and inspire a culture of entrepreneurship throughout the country. Before establishing Manta Ventures, Nicole spent seven years building Eos Capital, a private equity firm in Namibia, where she managed assets exceeding N$1 billion (USD 65 million) across various sectors, including traditional private equity, infrastructure, and agri-business. Nicole’s career commenced at McKinsey & Company in Johannesburg, where she provided consulting services across multiple sectors in Africa. She has also held strategic roles at prominent firms like Liberty Life South Africa and Old Mutual Africa and Namibia, contributing to key business initiatives. An accomplished academic, Nicole holds an MBA from the London Business School and an Actuarial Science degree from the University of Cape Town. She is a qualified actuary and has earned the Financial Risk Manager (FRM®) designation, underscoring her expertise in finance and risk management. Through her work, Nicole continues to make a significant impact on the Namibian economy and community.
