With almost a decade of experience across international markets, she plays a leading role in the expansion of Ennismore’s All-Inclusive Collection and is actively shaping lifestyle hotel and F&B projects across the Middle East, India, Africa, and Turkey. From branded residences to investment strategy and deal structuring, her work sits at the intersection of creativity and commerciality. Her journey began in operations with Marriott International, where she developed a strong foundation in guest experience and a deep love for F&B. She later joined HVS, advising on strategic hospitality investments across South Asia before transitioning into development with Ennismore—home to some of the most culturally resonant brands in the industry. A graduate of École hôtelière de Lausanne, Ritvika brings a thoughtful, design-forward perspective to every project she touches. Beyond the boardroom, she is a passionate advocate for animal welfare and believes in nurturing wellness for the soul—principles that shape her vision of hospitality as a force for beauty, balance, and meaningful connection.
