As RVP Development Luxury Brands MEAT, Jean-Baptiste leads Accor Group's development in over 75 countries for luxury brands, including Orient Express, Raffles, Fairmont, and Sofitel. With well over a decade of experience at companies such as JLL and Marriott, he has held roles in real estate advisory, feasibility studies, and asset management across France, the UK, and the Middle East and Africa. Jean-Baptiste holds an MBA in International Hospitality Management from ESSEC Business School and a Master's in Hotel and Tourism Management from Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
